The terms governing use of the Smart Ecom platform.

The service

Smart Ecom provides tools to automatically manage Facebook Page comments and messages and to capture orders. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.

Your responsibilities

• Connect only Pages you own or are authorized to manage.
• Comply with Meta's policies and the laws of your country when using the service.
• You are responsible for the automated replies posted on your Page and for your dealings with your customers.

Lawful basis & your customers' data

As the merchant you are the controller of your customers' data, and we process it on your behalf (as a data processor) solely to operate the features you request. You represent and warrant that you have the lawful basis required to collect and process your customers' data and to send them automated replies and messages, and that you comply with applicable law and Meta's policies. We process data per your instructions and our Privacy Policy, not for our own purposes.

AI-generated replies

Replies to comments and messages are generated automatically by AI and published under your Page's name; they may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing replies and adjusting settings, and we are not liable for content the AI generates on your behalf or any obligation it creates toward your customers.

Comment moderation

Depending on your settings, negative, abusive, or spam comments on your Page's posts may be hidden automatically. Hiding is configurable from the dashboard and is limited to negative comments, not all comments.

Acceptance and limits

The service is provided "as is." We make reasonable efforts to keep it available and accurate, without warranting it is error-free. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from downtime or an unintended automated reply; you can always review replies and adjust settings.

Plans, fair use, and protected AI capacity

A customer counts once per day no matter how long the conversation runs, and there is no separate per-message counter. Replies, classification, and image or audio understanding nevertheless consume protected AI capacity that varies by plan because message length, media, and complexity change the processing required. When a daily customer or comment limit is reached, inbound work remains durably stored and resumes the next day. At the protected AI-capacity limit, it resumes when capacity renews or the subscription is adjusted.

A paid Smart Boost adds 25% protected AI capacity until the current subscription period ends. Its default price is prorated from the paid value remaining in that period, with at most two Boosts per period and no carry-over of unused capacity. A Boost changes AI processing capacity only; advertised customer, comment, and page limits stay unchanged. Automated loops, artificial traffic, or abusive use intended to exhaust the service are prohibited. Business plans use written, negotiated limits and pricing; they do not mean unlimited use.

Payment, billing, and cancellation

Subscriptions are paid by CCP/BaridiMob transfer (we verify the receipt and usually activate the same day) or in USDT over the TRC20 network with automatic activation after network confirmation. There is no automatic card charge and no automatic renewal: when the paid period ends, the subscription simply stops unless you renew it yourself. The trial week is entirely free and requires no payment.

No commitment: you may cancel at any time; your subscription stays active until the end of the paid period, then stops. Amounts paid for a period that has started are non-refundable, unless we fail to provide the service for a significant period on our side — in which case we compensate with an equivalent extension or a pro-rata refund.

Subscription and termination

You may disconnect your Pages and stop the service at any time. We may suspend an account that violates these terms or Meta's policies. After termination, your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
